1Processing & Crafting Time
Since CherryKnot specializes in handcrafted and made-to-order crochet accessories, enamel pins, and plushies, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to craft, quality-check, and lovingly pack your order before it leaves our studio. During peak gifting seasons or festive sales, crafting timelines may extend slightly.
2Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 5–7 Business Days
Available across all serviceable pincodes in India. Charged at a flat rate of ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
Express Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
Expedited shipping available at checkout for select metro cities and major urban centres.
3Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or XpressBees), you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with your unique airway bill (AWB) tracking number and live tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to check status.
4Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-paid Orders
We offer safe online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) as well as Cash on Delivery across most pin codes. Please note that COD orders may incur a nominal cash collection convenience fee as charged by courier partners.
